WHY THE GETHER AGENDA

  

GetHer in Digital started as an initiative under Africa Digital Awards which seek to empower a million women across Africa with Digital Skills. After the idea was concieved, its was studied in several researches that Women in Africa has been left out in the Digital Space Hence the establishment of GetHer in Digital as a social entreprise to focus on empowering women with digital skills to make women self-sufficient and also bridge the gap to promote Diversity and Inclusion in Africa’s Digital Space.

GetHer in Digital also envisioned to establish a dedicated innovation and Makers Hub for Women across Africa.

The VISION of this initiative is to Empower a MILLION women across Africa with Digital Skills that would make them entrepreneurial while promoting DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
